Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support project teams in designing and developing web experiences, software components, or AI-driven workflows, depending on their background and interests. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with mentorship and exposure to multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in designing and developing web experiences, software components, or AI-driven workflows.
• Assist with requirements gathering.
• Conduct research on tools and technologies.
• Help prepare documentation.
• Contribute to testing and quality checks.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product leads.
• Participate in reviews and demos.
• Learn how real-world digital products are planned, built, and improved.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in software development or web technologies (e.g., programming languages, web frameworks, or mobile app basics) and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Comfort with research, problem-solving, and basic documentation to support project planning and delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in AI, automation, or modern digital product development.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage time responsibly.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, project-based environment.
