Communications Assistant

About the Role

Adventure Loom is expanding its Houston team and looking for a Communications Assistant to support face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you will learn by doing.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside the team representing client campaigns and turning marketing strategy into real conversations with real customers. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting in-person marketing and promotional campaigns
• Communicating directly with customers and prospective customers
• Delivering clear, consistent campaign messaging
• Learning how different audiences respond to different approaches
• Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Gathering feedback and communicating market insights back to the team
• Working closely with colleagues to improve campaign performance
• Taking on additional responsibility as knowledge and performance develop

Who We're Looking For

We care more about how you think, communicate, and work than previous marketing experience. You could be a recent graduate, come from hospitality, retail, customer service, events, or sales, or be looking for your first serious opportunity in marketing and communications.
