About the Role
The Founders Office Intern role is an on-site internship based in Kochi. The intern supports the founding team across multiple strategic and operational activities. This role offers exposure to entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, and business networking, while working closely with the founders on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research.
- Perform competitor analysis.
- Track key ecosystem trends.
- Prepare presentations and documents.
- Assist with founder and investor outreach.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups.

- Maintain dashboards and reports.

Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and summarize insights clearly for decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations, outreach, and professional correspondence.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms) and basic tech-savviness.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, business ecosystems, and investor networks.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with openness to learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor on-site.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, management, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
