  • Strategy & Planning (25%): Engaging in GIS mapping, infrastructure design and testing, drafting safety and installation plans, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Professional Development & Administration (10%): Setting and working towards professional development and technical skill goals with mentors, attending weekly team meetings, and participating in training.
  • Travel (5%): Performing hands-on fieldwork to support equipment installation, technical operations, and pack-up.

  • Adaptability: Openness to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Time Management: Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Foundational knowledge of diagnostic testing on low-voltage circuits and proficiency with hand tools.
  • Software: Basic experience with GIS or CAD software, and familiarity with programming languages.

  • Must have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) within the last 3 years in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • Must have graduated with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
