About the Role
The Research Associate, Analytical R&D will perform analysis of samples, method validation, and maintain laboratory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of in-process samples, finished product samples from the technical service team, and R&D samples, along with documentation.
- Perform analysis of miscellaneous samples.
- Conduct analytical method validation, method verification, method equivalency, and method transfer activities.
- Perform testing for Nitrosamine impurity study in NRM Product optimization using LC-MS/MS.
- Prepare documents such as Protocols and Reports.
- Conduct all operations in the Analytical Development Laboratory in line with established procedures.
- Evaluate requirements for chemicals, columns, and standards.
- Maintain the laboratory work area, documents, and records with cleanliness and tidiness.
- Follow safety, cGLP, and cGDP in the work area.
- Support in audit preparation work.
- Attend and complete training activities.
- Support in laboratory investigations and QMS documents.
- Ensure lab compliance during daily activities.
- Take up and fulfill any other work allotted by the HOD/Group leader.
- Follow procedures pertaining to the environmental management system.
- Support in the implementation of new procedures related to the environmental management system.
- Report any observation/non-conformance related to the environmental management system.
- Maintain 5S and support its improvement.
- Carry out analytical laboratory activities in PFC-AD.

Qualifications
