About the Role
- Maintain business continuity across global campuses.
- Monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
- Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
- Coordinate emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages.
- Ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively by working closely with internal teams and emergency services.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required. Financial relocation assistance is provided.
- Openness to working 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekend days.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
- Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
