The Role
We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern with a strong visual eye, creative curiosity, and a passion for bringing ideas to life through design. You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to create engaging visual assets for digital platforms, including ad creatives, social media graphics, and experimentation with layouts and typography. This is an opportunity to work on real-world brand and performance marketing projects, learn from a fast-paced creative team, and understand how design drives engagement and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for digital platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other paid and organic channels.
- Create visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, ads, landing pages, and marketing collaterals.
- Translate creative briefs into visual concepts by experimenting with layouts, typography, colours, and design styles.
- Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers to develop cohesive creative campaigns.
- Adapt and resize creatives across different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.
- Explore new design trends and visual references to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Work on multiple creative iterations based on feedback, campaign requirements, and performance insights.
- Maintain consistency in visual communication while exploring new ways to make the brand stand out.

- Understanding of basic principles of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative styles.
- Curiosity about advertising and how visuals capture attention and influence decisions.
Qualifications
- A good eye for design, aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment, with a detail-oriented approach and openness to feedback.
- Ability to take an idea from a rough brief to a polished visual output.
