Client Relationship & Business Development Associate

About the Role

CoreConnect Technologies is seeking motivated individuals to expand its client base for school management software. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow with an emerging startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with school owners, principals, and management teams.
• Introduce school management software and arrange product demos.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and onboard new schools.
• Maintain relationships with onboarded schools.
• Support renewals and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Commission Model

• Earn 40% of the eligible annual contract value for each school onboarded.
• Illustrative earnings:
• 1 school = ₹80,000 per year (assuming ₹2 lakh annual contract)
• 5 schools = ₹4,00,000 per year
• 10 schools = ₹8,00,000 per year
• These are illustrative earnings, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on onboarded schools, contract terms, and payments received.
• Recurring earning opportunity: Commission continues as long as schools remain active clients and meet agreed commission conditions.
• Commission stops if a school cancels its contract.
• Responsibility for maintaining client relationships and supporting long-term retention.

Working Terms

• No fixed login or logout timings.
• Completely flexible working hours.
• Opportunity to pursue other jobs, freelance work, studies, or business activities concurrently.
• No fixed monthly salary; earnings are commission-based.
