About the Role
Join our Noida team as a Trainee in Accounts Receivable. This is a one-year contract role on third-party payroll. You will support accurate transactions and help the team with its day-to-day activities while building your understanding of Accounts Receivable processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating customer sales orders and processing invoices.
- Support the preparation and processing of intercompany invoices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with established procedures.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.
- Help senior colleagues with daily Accounts Receivable activities and other assigned tasks.
- Learn the organization's Accounts Receivable processes and look for opportunities to develop your skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Commerce degree.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Positive, proactive approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and strengthen your Accounts Receivable skills.
