Community Outreach & Event Marketing Intern

About the Role

FoxClub is seeking confident, energetic interns to expand its presence across residential communities and neighborhood networks in Bengaluru. This internship provides hands-on exposure to event execution, community marketing, and brand building.

Target Execution: Cover 4 societies per week.

Team Structure: 1 Outreach Manager + 2–3 Field Support Interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute society events, including:
• Drawing competitions
• Pottery workshops
• Storytelling sessions
• Kids activity meets
• Parent networking events
• Coordinate with society management committees for event permissions.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
• Engage with parents and generate leads.
• Maintain lead database and share weekly updates.
• Support center walk-ins and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal FoxClub team for event execution.

Field Work Requirement (Mandatory)

This is a field-based role requiring weekend travel within Bengaluru. Candidates must be comfortable with outdoor/indoor event execution, interacting with parents and children, visiting residential societies, and coordinating with committees. Candidates must be open to field work and local travel.
