About FEF
Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) operates across fashion, luxury, investments, media, and retail. Its platforms and properties include Pitch To Get Rich, MadeAsMe, FEF Atelier Fashion Week, FEF Miss Entrepreneur India, and the FEF Global Fashion Awards, alongside a portfolio of more than 30 brands.
Role Overview
The Associate – Strategic Alliances will build and manage the partnerships that sit behind FEF’s platforms. The role combines creative strategy, sponsor management, and brand integration. You will identify the right partners, shape proposals that make a clear business case, and ensure each partner’s identity is woven into the IP in a way that serves both the brand and the audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategy for partnerships and sponsorships across FEF’s platforms.
- Identify and approach prospective partners and sponsors across fashion, luxury, retail, and media, and spot synergies between brands.
- Build partnership proposals and decks that present a persuasive, well-reasoned case.
- Write and manage outreach that is distinctive, professional, and tailored to each counterpart.
- Manage sponsor relationships end to end, from first conversation through to delivery of agreed commitments.
- Integrate the brand identities of different partners with the IP, working with the creative and production teams to keep the result cohesive.
- Research new markets, including international ones, and bring forward opportunities for FEF to pursue.
- Support the conversion of ideas into signed partnerships and commercial deals.
What We Look For
- Strong commercial curiosity and an understanding of how brands and businesses create value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- The ability to build a compelling narrative in a deck, where the strength of the idea matters more than the design.
- Sound creative judgement and the initiative to bring forward opportunities unprompted.
- Rigour in research, and the ability to turn it into clear recommendations.
- Organisation and reliability in managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Eligibility
Open to candidates from any academic background, including business, literature, design, and psychology. We assess how you think, how you communicate, and how you act on an opportunity.
