About the Role

The Marketing Associate role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for BETA’s software products.
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Assist with content development for digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help manage marketing projects and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Market Research skills, including gathering and analyzing customer, competitor, and industry data.
• Marketing skills, such as assisting in campaign execution and brand positioning.
• Sales-related skills, including supporting lead generation efforts.
• Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
• Analytical abilities for interpreting campaign metrics.
• Comfort working with productivity and collaboration software.

Qualifications

• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
