About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. Sally Beauty is looking for passionate beauty lovers to assist customers with their beauty needs, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
