About UniAdvise

UniAdvise is a premium study abroad consultancy founded by two London Business School alumni. Over the past three years, we have mentored 400+ students and helped applicants secure admission to top 30 global universities.

The role involves identifying high value opportunities with leading companies across education loans, forex, international payments, accommodation, insurance and related services, while coordinating with students, the UniAdvise team and external partners to ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy for expanding UniAdvise’s B2B partnership network with leading Indian and international companies across the student services ecosystem.
• Research market opportunities, evaluate potential partners and recommend collaborations based on commercial value, service quality and student suitability.
• Coordinate between students, UniAdvise Relationship Managers and external service partners from initial introduction until completion.
• Understand each student’s requirements, communicate them accurately to the relevant partner and track all pending actions.
• Maintain clear records of referrals, documents, quotations, booking or payment status, outcomes and partner settlements.
• Follow up regularly with students and partners, resolve routine coordination issues and escalate delays or discrepancies.
• Support partner outreach, introductory conversations, commercial discussions, onboarding and periodic performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students, families and business partners in a professional manner.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups and deadlines simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and an ability to maintain accurate trackers.
• Proactive, detail oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks until completion.
