About the Role

The Founder’s Office Intern – Brand, Technology & Business Operations will work directly with the founder on the development and execution of key business functions. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role involving digital marketing, social media management, brand development, product development coordination, website management, AI integration, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Social Media:
• Plan and execute Instagram strategies.
• Coordinate content production.
• Manage social media calendars.
• Identify trends and support influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.
• Brand Development & Communication:
• Assist in developing brand identity, positioning, storytelling, creative direction, and marketing communication.
• Technology & AI Integration:
• Identify and implement relevant AI tools, automation workflows, and technology solutions.
• Website & E-commerce Management:
• Coordinate website development.
• Maintain website content and assist with product listings.
• Improve user experience and support digital commerce infrastructure.
• Product Development:
• Support product research, competitor benchmarking, and packaging development.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Vendor & Logistics Management:
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, creative agencies, and logistics partners.
• Maintain timelines and follow up on deliverables.
• Business Research & Execution:
• Conduct consumer research and analyze market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and prepare actionable reports and presentations.
• Founder’s Office Support:
• Work on priority assignments directly allocated by the founder.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely execution of projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Practical knowledge of Instagram marketing, social media management, content strategy, and digital brand building.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, visual communication, storytelling, and contemporary consumer behaviour.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of website development, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional coordination abilities and confidence in interacting with external stakeholders.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva and other productivity or creative tools is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline are preferred.

Location Eligibility

• This opportunity is exclusively for candidates currently residing in Pune.
• Must be available to work full-time from the office in Hadapsar, Pune.
• This is a strictly on-site position; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Combines creativity with execution.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, experimenting with AI tools, understanding technology, and coordinating business activities.
• Personal projects, demonstrated experience in building social media pages, managing digital campaigns, developing websites, or executing creative projects will be preferred.
• Individuals who can take ownership of responsibilities, work with minimal supervision, and deliver tangible outcomes.
