Summer Intern

About The Role

• Summer Internship Program focused on Quality Systems & Business Processes.

• Full-time (40 hours/week), 12-week, paid internship.
• Potential for rotational assignments within the function.
• Intern will be assigned goals and objectives supporting the company's strategic business plan.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to a project that improves Insmed’s Quality systems and business processes.
• Gain hands-on experience with digital platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop documentation and resources to support efficient processes and effective system use.
• Document a selected business process and develop a process map with input from the Quality team.
• Develop draft user guides, work instructions, or training materials for a selected Quality system or process.
• Assist with user acceptance testing activities, as applicable, by documenting results and tracking feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and summarize key findings.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
• Interest in Quality systems and the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (Nice to Have).

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Where You’ll Work

• Hybrid role based out of Bridgewater, New Jersey.
• Primarily remote work with in-person collaboration.

Pay Range

• $20.00 - $35.00 Hourly
