Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students through calls and messages.
- Understand and resolve student queries and concerns.
- Follow up on course progress and student engagement.
- Motivate students to stay consistent with their learning.
- Assist with basic course-related queries.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required.
Qualifications
- Freshers and recent graduates with good communication skills.
- Individuals comfortable interacting with students over calls.
- Candidates with a positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- People with good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- Candidates residing in or near Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad will be preferred.
