About the Role

This full-time Intern role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support project teams by assisting with data collection, validation, and basic analysis for Life Sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Document project activities.
• Support the configuration or testing of cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams.
• Learn Axtria’s methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw basic insights.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data or statistical tools is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Interest in Life Sciences, data analytics, cloud technologies, or consulting; prior academic or project exposure is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and professional development.
