About CatalogBadge
CatalogBadge is a SaaS platform that transforms product feeds into branded catalog ad images tailored for major ad platforms. It automatically adds store logos, localized prices, discounts, and pay-later options in multiple aspect ratios and languages. Stores maintain control over their catalogs and ad accounts using simple feed URLs and rule-based templates. The engine ensures ads remain live and accurate. CatalogBadge integrates with ecommerce systems via feed URLs and API connections, offering monthly plans and a free trial.
About the Role
Your job is to help turn GCC store owners into paying customers, working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Find leads: Research GCC online stores (Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce) that run catalog ads, qualify them, and identify the right decision-maker.
- Reach out: Write and send personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram DM using approved templates, with one follow-up.
- Book meetings: Convert replies into 20-minute demo calls.
- Run demos and close: Showcase store owners' products as branded ads, handle objections, and guide them to start a trial and upgrade to a paid plan. You will initially join calls and then lead your own.
- Keep the pipeline honest: Log all leads, touches, meetings, and deals in the CRM daily. Report weekly on outreach sent, replies, meetings, trials, and paid conversions.
- Be the face on camera: Record videos explaining CatalogBadge and other products from The Growth Folks, including product walkthroughs, demo recordings, "how it works" explainers, answers to common customer questions, and short personal videos for prospects. These will be used on social media, the website, YouTube, and in sales follow-ups.
- Support marketing (approx. 30% of your time): Assist with scripting and editing short-form reels (using CapCut or Remotion), create before/after catalog-ad creatives and social posts, draft blog posts in English (Arabic is a plus), and prepare Product Hunt and software-directory listings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Clear, confident English (written and spoken).
- Resilience to "no" or silence, with persistent but not pushy follow-up.
- Organization to manage conversations in a sheet or CRM.
- Curiosity about how e-commerce brands advertise and generate revenue.
- Comfort on camera for product explanations.
- Ability to create decent graphics in Canva and short videos in CapCut or similar.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, cold outreach, fundraising, or student-club sponsorship. Quantify your achievements in these areas.
Strong Plus
- Arabic (spoken or written).
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or any CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Salla, Zid, or Meta Ads Manager.
What You Get
- Stipend: INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month for 6 months.
- Commission: 20% of the first 3 months of payments for every paying customer you bring in.
- Bonus: INR 500 for every qualified demo booked and completed.
- Mentorship: Direct mentorship from the founder on B2B SaaS sales into the Gulf.
- Track Record: A real sales track record with quantifiable results.
- Potential Full-Time Role: INR 6 to 8 LPA after the internship, performance-based.
- Remote Work: Fully remote.
- Working Hours: UAE business hours (approx. 10:30 to 18:30 IST), Monday to Saturday.
