Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for battery failures, field complaints, and abnormal system behavior.
- Coordinate with Engineering / Quality teams for detailed analysis.
- Analyze BMS logs, alarms, event history, voltage, temperature, SOC / SOH, and other battery parameters to support effective troubleshooting.
