About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site B2C Sales role for freshers based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining NoBroker.com’s services, and guiding them through property search and related offerings over phone, chat, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements.
• Recommending suitable solutions.
• Handling inquiries.
• Following up to drive conversions.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
• Providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with outbound calling and converting leads into paying customers.
• Fundamental computer and CRM skills, including data entry, use of online tools, and familiarity with mobile and web applications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and build trust with customers.
• Customer service skills such as active listening, empathy, and problem-solving to handle queries and concerns effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals from any discipline are welcome.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language commonly used in Bengaluru is preferred.
