About the Role
The Content and Services Ads team, within TikTok's Monetization Product organization, builds lead generation solutions for businesses to create seamless customer interactions while maintaining platform safety. The goal is to develop intuitive solutions that increase advertiser activation and retention, improve delivery performance and ROI, and grow average revenue per advertiser (ARPA). This role will build products that transform TikTok content into direct connections between businesses and customers. The Product Strategy & Operations team operates at the intersection of product, business, and go-to-market execution, partnering with various teams to translate market insights into product strategy, launch plans, and scalable adoption programs. As a graduate, you will have opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Successful candidates must commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of global advertising ecosystems, customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscapes; translate findings into product positioning, go-to-market recommendations, and business opportunities across markets.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, and regional teams to support product launches, adoption programs, and customer-facing narratives for monetization products and solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer pain points, evaluate product-market fit, track launch performance, and generate insights that inform roadmap prioritization and go-to-market strategy.
- Create clear product marketing materials, including positioning briefs, launch playbooks, sales enablement content, customer education materials, and performance readouts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end project execution from 0 to 1, including defining goals, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing timelines, identifying risks, and driving follow-through against business outcomes.
- Serve as a bridge between market-facing teams and product teams by collecting customer feedback, synthesizing frontline insights, and helping shape scalable solutions for advertisers and partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data, customer feedback, and market signals into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product concepts clearly to cross-functional audiences.
- Demonstrated interest in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising, technology platforms, or go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with attention to detail, curiosity about customer needs, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, business operations, analytics, advertising, or technology.
- Experience using data to evaluate business performance, customer behavior, market trends, or product adoption.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, creator economy, e-commerce, customer relationship management, measurement, or marketing technology products.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure in early-stage projects or 0-to-1 initiatives.
