About the Role

Corizo is an edtech platform that helps students with internships, professional training programs, career guidance, and mentorship. This role is for a Sales Operation Specialist (Fresher - Tamil) based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and schools across India.
• Collaborate with institutions to create online and offline learning experiences for students.
• Act as the primary point of contact for academic partnerships.
• Recruitment:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Campus Ambassadors (CAs).
• Identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard selected students.
• Leadership & Training:
• Manage and mentor a team of CAs.
• Provide structured training sessions and set performance goals.
• Foster leadership qualities in CAs.
• Marketing:
• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns with CAs to boost brand awareness and student engagement.
• Utilize digital platforms and on-ground initiatives for promotion.
• Sales Enablement:
• Drive student registrations and program conversions with the sales team and CAs.
• Generate qualified leads and promote course offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack
