Digital Publishing Associate

About the Role

The Alcove Publishers is looking for a passionate reader with an active social media presence and a keen interest in books, authors, and the literary world to help strengthen our digital presence, promote our books and authors, and build meaningful engagement with readers and literary communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the promotion of books and authors across social media platforms.
• Assist in creating and sharing engaging content related to books, reading, authors, and publishing.
• Identify relevant literary trends, reading communities, and audience engagement opportunities.
• Help expand the reach and visibility of The Alcove Publishers and its authors.
• Contribute creative ideas for book promotions and digital campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A voracious reader with a genuine interest in books and literature.
• Good social media skills and an understanding of online engagement.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• A background in English Literature is preferred, but not mandatory.
