Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent for Product Companies, GCCs, and high-growth organisations across technology and engineering domains.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career aspirations, and role fit.
- Drive proactive headhunting initiatives to attract passive talent from target organizations and niche skill domains.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within recruitment systems and trackers.
- Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Help leading Product Companies and GCCs build high-performing teams by connecting them with exceptional talent.
- Influence candidate careers by creating meaningful opportunities and positive hiring experiences.
- Strengthen Zyoin's talent network and employer reputation through professional candidate engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 6 months - 6 years of Experience into Domestic IT Product Hiring.
- GCC Hiring Experience is a plus.
