About the Role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance.
- Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes.
- Security: Implementation of secure configurations and measures.
- Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers.
- Learning: Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Azure & M365 platform services administration
- Administration of Large-Scale Email Platform
- Understanding of SPF / DMARC / DKIM
- Experience with Messaging Products like Proof Point, MDO, MDE, Exchange Hybrid Mode Setup
- Understanding of AD group and access management
- Knowledge of Security & Compliance centre, Azure Graph API & M365
- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL framework
- Powershell Scripting capability
- SQL Queries
- KQL Queries
Qualifications
The following are highly valued:
- Experience of creating, testing and managing Conditional Access policies
- Experience of Global Relay / Proof Point email hygiene
- Demonstrable experience of managing MDO
