About the Role
Khaki Tours is seeking an Operations Intern to assist the operations team with the day-to-day operations and functioning of tours in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in backend operations.
- Update databases, catalogues, and MIS sheets in B2B & B2C.
- Send out TripAdvisor review messages to guests post tours.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Workspace, and WhatsApp.
- An ability to communicate well in English.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A personal smartphone/laptop.
- 4-5 hours of free time to dedicate to the position daily.
Qualifications
- Undergraduates pursuing a degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field, and interested in a career in Tourism.
- Fresh graduates/Masters students may also apply.
Internship Period: Six months, extendable by another six months.
Office Timing: Tuesday to Sunday, 2-6 PM.
Stipend: ₹ 7000/- per month.
Note: Requires presence at the Khaki Tours office in Fort, six days a week.
