About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources & Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in college outreach, recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with college TPOs and placement coordinators through calls and emails.
• Build relationships with colleges for placement partnerships.
• Generate leads through college research, cold calling, and follow-ups.
• Collect and maintain college, student, and candidate data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance management.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach, leads, and recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA (HR), or a related management field.
• Freshers only.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
