About the Role
Join our analytics team as a mid-level data professional ready to own end-to-end analytics projects and translate data into actionable business insights. This role offers the opportunity to work with autonomy, collaborate across teams, and make an immediate business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete analytics initiatives from data integration to analysis and insights.
- Build automated dashboards and interactive reports.
- Mine insights from complex datasets.
- Write production-grade SQL and Python scripts.
- Partner with product, finance & operations teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
- Drive business decisions with data.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SQL (Advanced): complex queries, optimization, CTEs
- Python (Intermediate+): Pandas, NumPy, data scripting
- Excel (Expert): pivot tables, advanced formulas
- Database Skills: SQL Server
Qualifications
- 0-2 Years in a data analysis or analytics role.
Nice to Have
- BI Tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Domain expertise: Finance, NBFC, Healthcare, Retail
