About Zudue

Zudue is a creator-fan engagement startup where fans and creators meet. We are a ~50-person team headquartered in Visakhapatnam, working fully remote across India.

About the Internship

We are hiring interns across 11 domains for a 3-month, work-from-home batch:

• Business Development (BDE)
• HR
• Digital Marketing
• Graphic Design
• Data Analytics
• Finance
• Technical
• Compliance
• Investor Operations
• Influencer Marketing
• Law

You will work 3-4 hours a day, learning on real startup work with mentorship from the Zudue team.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development (BDE): Business development outreach.
• HR: Support end-to-end internship-batch recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling), help post listings, assist onboarding and intern records.
• Digital Marketing: Help tell Zudue's story (social content, campaign support, basic performance tracking).
• Graphic Design: Design brand touchpoints (posts, posters, product creatives).
• Data Analytics: Work with real startup data (campaign performance, user engagement, reporting).
• Finance: Gain insight into early-stage startup finance (bookkeeping basics, expense tracking, financial documentation).
• Technical: Work on the Zudue product under manager's guidance (product features plus bug identification/fixes).
• Compliance: Learn how an early-stage company stays compliant (documentation, checklists, process support).
• Investor Operations: Help tell Zudue's business story (decks, data rooms, investor updates).
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and reach out to creators, support onboarding campaigns.
• Law: Work on real legal tasks (creator agreements, company policies, legal documentation).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Technical Domain: No specific stack required; you learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates from anywhere in India.
• Available 3-4 hours a day.
• Possess a laptop and stable internet connection.
• BDE Domain: Interest in sales/outreach is helpful.

Stipend & Perks

• Stipend:
• Unpaid, except for BDE interns (Rs 5,000/month + performance incentives).

Full-Time Opportunity

• Rs 1.8-4.8 LPA on successful completion of the internship, subject to performance evaluation, eligibility, and organizational requirements.
