Key Responsibilities

• Creating designs for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product design, and sales to ensure designs align with their needs and goals.
• Preparing files for print, ensuring they are set up correctly and are of high quality.
• Maintaining design files and asset libraries, ensuring they are stored in an easily accessible way.
• Researching design trends and best practices to incorporate into work.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and presenting designs for feedback.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing project files.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Creativity and artistic ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Portfolio of design work showcasing skills and experience.
