Junior Research Analyst – Financial Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on listed companies and sectors.
• Analyze financial statements, company performance, and market trends.
• Prepare equity research reports, investment notes, and market updates.
• Assist in financial modelling and valuation, including DCF analysis.
• Track Indian equity markets, economic developments, and corporate announcements.
• Develop clear, data-driven financial content for investors.
• Work with Senior Research Analysts to support research and investment recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 6 months–3 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Financial Research, Investment Advisory, or Financial Writing.
• Good understanding of Indian equity markets and fundamental analysis.
• Knowledge of financial statements, valuation, and basic financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• NISM Series XV – Research Analyst certification preferred.
• CFA/CMT qualification will be an added advantage.
