About the Role
The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic customer interactions.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Maintain CRM data.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable with on-site work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Willingness to interact with customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Sales aptitude, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Training and Sales Management.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
