About the Role

The Associate role at Satkar Travels Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Associate will support day-to-day travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate bookings.
• Manage itineraries across various transportation and accommodation providers.
• Update reservation systems.
• Prepare travel documentation.
• Follow up on client requests.
• Resolve basic service issues in coordination with senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide courteous, timely support to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• Customer service skills, including a professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools and the ability to learn reservation or travel management systems.
• Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing operational roles is beneficial.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Additional training or certification in travel or tourism is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
