About the Internship
Thinknovaa is seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in Business Analysis. This internship offers practical experience in:
- Business research
- Data analysis
- Requirement gathering

- Strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing business processes, operational workflows, and organizational requirements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and evaluate business requirements for assigned projects.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical insights.
- Work with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar business analytics tools.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance evaluations.
- Support KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members on assigned business analysis and process optimization projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and business processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, requirement gathering, and business documentation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, or business process mapping is a plus.
- Interest in business strategy, market research, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn new business analysis tools and techniques.

- Duration: 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote
- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-Based)
- This is a paid, remote internship.
- Prior professional experience is not mandatory.
