About the Role
This is an on-site volunteer role based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities.
- Assist with documentation.
- Organize files.
- Help with basic data entry.
- Coordinate with staff on routine operational tasks.
- Prepare simple reports (depending on project needs).
- Support internal communications.
- Assist with event or meeting logistics.
- Participate in safety and environmental awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Basic administrative skills (document handling, data entry, simple report preparation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., using office productivity tools).
- Ability to adapt to new systems.
- Relevant coursework or interest in engineering, environmental studies, utilities, or business administration is beneficial.
- Previous volunteer or internship experience in a professional or industrial setting is an advantage but not required.
