About the Role
- HR Intern - Talent Acquisition position at HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED.
- Internship duration: 6 Months.
- Opportunity to gain practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate management, and corporate hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
- Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
- MBA graduates with HR (Human Resources) specialization only.
- Eligible batches: 2026 and 2027 passed-out candidates only.
- Required languages: Telugu and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
