Software Engineering Intern
Company: MapmyIndia
Location: Okhla phase 3, Delhi, India
Duration: 6 Months
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: Monthly paid internship
About the Role
This internship focuses on software engineering at MapmyIndia, involving various stages of project development and specialization in web application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of large engineering projects, including design, allocation, project management, completion, and documentation.
- Specialize in scalable web application development.
- Work on IOT platform, SDK, and different map-based technologies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Experience with RESTful services.
- Working knowledge of any relational database.
- Knowledge of NoSQL is an added advantage.
- Key skills include Java Spring, Angular, and Jquery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Able to communicate effectively through written and oral English.
- Ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
