About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Noida.
- The Volunteer will support cross-functional teams working on AI product development, implementation, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with documentation, basic research, and operational tasks.
- Help prepare presentations and reports.
- Organize project assets.
- Coordinate meetings or workshops.
- Maintain records and dashboards.
- Shadow product, engineering, or customer success teams to learn workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, follow established guidelines, and proactively take on assigned tasks to support project and organizational goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., office suites, collaboration platforms).
- Willingness to learn new digital tools quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct basic research, synthesize information, and prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation (basic understanding of technology concepts is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work respectfully in diverse teams.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., engineering, computer science, business, data, or related fields) or equivalent practical exposure is preferred.
