Business Development Internship

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated interns keen to learn about business development, corporate partnerships, sales, and marketing. The intern will assist in expanding Zivaya's presence across luxury hotels and hospitality groups, while supporting initiatives to increase customer footfall, bookings, and revenue at existing centers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Research & Lead Generation

• Research luxury hotels, hospitality groups, and potential business partners for Zivaya's expansion.
• Identify relevant decision-makers, hotel managers, and business heads through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Prepare and maintain databases of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Assist in identifying potential B2B tie-ups and collaboration opportunities.

Business Communication & Outreach

• Draft professional introductory emails and business proposals.
• Reach out to prospective hotels and business partners through email and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication records.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating business discussions.

Existing Centre Business Growth

• Research potential corporate tie-ups and local business collaborations for existing Zivaya centers.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and appointment bookings.
• Suggest promotional ideas, offers, and cross-marketing opportunities.
• Support the execution of customer engagement and promotional activities.

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional campaigns.
• Research influencers, content creators, and potential brand collaborators.
• Have a basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in coordinating collaborations and digital promotions to improve brand visibility.
