  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative assets for active listings and new developments.
  • Assist with property descriptions, digital brochures, advertisements, and marketing presentations.
  • Participate in ongoing real estate projects, property launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with brokerage agents to ensure listings are accurately and attractively presented.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, and property promotions.
  • Research market trends, competitor listings, and creative marketing opportunities.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, agents, and external marketing partners.

Creative Technology & Innovation

  • Explore and utilize AI-powered creative tools, design software, and marketing platforms.
  • Support website content, digital presentations, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Help develop more efficient, technology-driven marketing workflows.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in real estate, architecture, design, and property marketing.
