Founder;s Office & Growth Intern

About the Role

PeakPals is building multiple companies across fitness, technology, real estate, and consumer brands. This role offers direct involvement with the founder in building, growing, and operating companies from the ground up. You will work across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal, with priorities shifting based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal on high-priority business and growth initiatives.
• Drive traction through outbound, social media, creator partnerships, SEO, content, community, and other growth experiments.
• Help launch and grow new products, including acquiring the first 100 users and customers.
• Support fundraising, investor outreach, market research, competitive research, decks, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Take ownership of Founder’s Office tasks across operations, research, hiring, and other activities to advance the businesses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High agency, entrepreneurial, and proactive approach.
• Ability to figure things out independently.
• Strong communication, research, writing, and execution skills.
• Genuine interest in startups, marketing, technology, and business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in startups, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, content, or Founder’s Office is a plus.
