About the Role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center India as an IT Infra/Cloud Senior Associate within our Cloud Operations practice, focusing on IT asset management, infrastructure services, and managed service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT asset management operations within our Cloud Operations practice.
• Analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members.
• Contribute to ITAM operate activities.
• Interpret data to inform recommendations and align day-to-day execution with technology and service objectives.
• Support cloud operations and IT asset management workstreams across managed services engagements.
• Manage assigned tasks for cloud infrastructure administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze performance data from cloud platforms and observability tools to identify service issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cloud service delivery activities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services.
• Maintain asset records, usage data, and service documentation for infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Apply FinOps operating model concepts to track cloud consumption, cost trends, and optimization actions.
• Use Apptio, Dynatrace APM, and Splunk to review operational metrics and support incident resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to address cloud compliance, administration, and migration needs.
• Guide junior team members through issue resolution, workflow execution, and documentation updates.
• Support continuous improvement across cloud operations, infrastructure performance, and digital tooling activities.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated cloud operations experience within managed services environments.
• Applied knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Cloud administration and troubleshooting skills across infrastructure issues.
• Leveraged Apptio or FinOps operating model knowledge for cost visibility.
• Supported cloud compliance, performance monitoring, and service delivery activities.
• Collaborated through feedback, active listening, and technical consultation.
