About the Role
- Junior position in the first line of defence.
- Crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction during the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on onboarding cases (identity verification, sanctions screening).
- Escalating unusual activity to internal experts.
- Acting in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.
- Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued.
- Familiarity with fintech and identity verification concepts are a plus.
