Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer who can architect and build a scalable, secure, and modern microservices ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and browser extensions, along with the ability to lead technical decisions and mentor a growing engineering team. You will own the full stack—from Chrome extension to backend services to cloud deployment—while driving best practices in system design and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of a microservices-based platform
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop modern frontend applications and dashboards
• Build and maintain a Chrome extension (DOM scraping and UI injection, particularly on LinkedIn)
• Integrate AI capabilities using LLM APIs
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system reliability
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability across all systems
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust solutions

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Frontend & Full Stack
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Next.js
• API routes
• React-based dashboards
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for UI development
• Backend & Microservices
• Expertise in Python with FastAPI
• Building AI-driven microservices
• Implementing deterministic scoring systems
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Cloud & Database
• Hands-on experience with AWS (deployment, scaling, infrastructure design)
• Strong database design skills using PostgreSQL
• Experience with Prisma ORM
• AI & Integrations
• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or similar LLM services
• Understanding of AI-driven workflows and service orchestration
• Data Processing
• Experience with PDF parsing using Node.js and/or Python libraries
• Browser Extension Development
• Proven experience building Chrome extensions
• DOM scraping
• Script injection
• Working with dynamic web apps (e.g., LinkedIn)

• Ability to lead technical architecture decisions end-to-end
• Experience mentoring and guiding engineers
