About the Role
Be the first point of contact for credit card and rewards customers, resolving queries over chat, email, and calls with clear, accurate answers and following up until the issue is closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle chats, emails, and inbound calls professionally
- Resolve queries on billing, transactions, rewards, and loyalty points
- Authenticate customers before sharing any account information
- Follow up with internal teams and partners until closure
- Record every interaction accurately in the CRM
- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets while following compliance and data privacy guidelines
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 6 months in a BFSI or customer support process (chat, email or voice); credit card experience preferred
- Typing speed of 35-45+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Good written and spoken English
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, with a compliance-first mindset
- Ready to work rotational day shifts
