About the Role
- Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps.
- Reset shelves with product rotation.
- Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work location.
- Must be able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required.
- Training and team support are provided.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills.
