About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Trainee based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
The Article Trainee will be trained for:
- Conducting Income Tax Audit (individual, Partnership firms, Pvt Ltd companies, Trusts)
- Statutory Audit of Pvt Ltd Companies and LLP
- Concurrent/Statutory/Stock Audit of Bank
- Preparing ITR of Individual, HUF, Partnership Firm, Pvt Ltd, Trusts
- Handling GST registration, Returns/Audit, and GST Annual Return
- Managing Income Tax assessment U/s 143(2) and 148
- Assisting with Income Tax Appeal
- Assisting with GST Appeal
- Filing TDS/TCS returns (24Q/26Q/27EQ) and handling TDS on Property
- Filing ROC Annual Returns, AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3
- Handling Private limited/LLP/OPC incorporation
- Processing IEC registration and MSME registration
Stipend: ₹10,000 (first year) and ₹15,000 (second year)
Qualifications
- CA IPPC - Both Groups Qualified
- Residing within 3-5 Km from the Sector-3 Rohini office.
