About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR practices and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities.
• Screen applications.
• Schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
• Support employee onboarding.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Coordinate basic employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with documentation related to employee benefits.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Interest in developing practical HR skills.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Ability to assist in documentation and basic policy communication.
• Awareness of Personnel Management concepts.
• Ability to maintain employee records and support onboarding activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.
• Willing to learn HR software or applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
