  • Research keywords and content gaps to generate blog topics, landing-page copy, FAQs, and footer copy.

  • Write and update title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and on-page copy for collection and product pages.

  • Track rankings, clicks, and organic sales using Search Console, GA4, and the hub; report weekly wins and drops.

  • Log technical issues (e.g., broken links, redirects, missing tags) and verify fixes.

  • Maintain accuracy of Google and Apple Maps store listings.

  • Affiliate Marketing (Partnerize)

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program for both brands.

  • Recruit and approve publishers, onboard them, and share offers, banners, product links, and copy.

  • Execute monthly reconciliations in the hub, approving valid sales and declining returns/policy breaks.

  • Ensure commission rules, promo codes, and tracking are correct for each publisher and monitor for fraud.

  • Report publisher performance (clicks, sales, new customers, commission rate) and provide recommendations for growth or pausing partnerships.

  • Set up and track paid gift-guide placements and coordinate with the influencer team for platform publishers.

  • Blog and Copywriting

  • Plan and manage the blog content calendar with the Manager.

  • Write and publish SEO-led blog posts (style ideas, buying guides, room inspiration) with Creative-provided imagery.

  • Write in Z Gallerie’s voice and adhere to Brand team guidelines, with Manager review prior to publication.

  • Support the copywriter with product launches, store tags, and site copy as needed.

  • Reporting and Teamwork

  • Provide a weekly SEO and affiliate snapshot and contribute to the monthly report.

  • Maintain up-to-date tasks and handoffs in the hub.

  • Document standard operating procedures for recurring tasks.

  • Strong writing skills, with available samples (e.g., blog posts, articles, portfolio).
  • Demonstrated interest in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Search Console, GA4, Semrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in interior design, home décor, or retail.
